Refund policy

RETURNS

Returned items must be in its original, unused condition inside of the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return postage. Items non returned can not be refunded. Please keep proof of postage or try to send your item back via a tracked method. Any damage to the item is the responsibility of the customer and for any loss in value. 

The following items are NON returnable

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable items such as food
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items such as earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed via the shopify payment system. I don't have access to any sensitive information, just a refund button which will tell shopify to refund via the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 working days for this to be processed.
